Son lo mismo.
Tolkien se refiere a lo mismo cuando habla de Trasgo y Orco. En "El Hobbit" les llama Trasgos y en "El Señor de los Anillos" les llama Orcos. Pero son lo mismo.
Espero haberte aclarado tu duda.
