Que si dijeron algo malo??
Pues bueno, digamos que los que defendian los otros libros, mas que defenderlos, atacaban ESDLA y lo llamaban de todo, desde "pretencioso"(???), hasta "nada sutil" y diciendo que son historias tontas de monstruos con pies peludos y elfos.
Por otra parte, los "sabios" criticos literarios que analizaban los libros apenas dijeron algo positivo sobre ESDLA, mientras que poco mas o menos se dedicaron a dar botes de alegria con Harry Potter...
Vamos, que todo de muy mal gusto. Luego, para rematarlo, se dedicaron a abuchear a Simon Tolkien cuando anunciaron que ESDLA gano el concurso, pero este les replico de un modo muy adecuado, dijo lo siguiente:

"There was just one thing that I wanted to say, which was I was looking through things that he said and just before he got his book published he said, 'I'm dreading the publication, for it will be impossible not to mind what is said. I have exposed my heart to be shot at'. There's been a lot of shooting over the last fifty years, but there's also been an enormous amount of love and I think that comes through today. So it's been a wonderful moment. Thank you."

No lo podia haber dicho mejor.
