Como hace tiempo que no me paso por Elfenomeno, no sé si conoceis la existencia de este libro que he visto en el foro de John Howe:

Ni idea, pero seria interesante saberlo y a que precio, a ver si alguien nos puede arrojar algo de luz sobre el tema.
